Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and a Proof of purchase is required. Items showing signs of use, damage, or misuse may not be accepted.

If approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Cost:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or special-order items
  • International orders approved by request (unless defective)
Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different item, please return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.

International & Custom Orders

Vaultica does not ship internationally by default. Approved custom or international orders may be final sale and subject to separate terms communicated at the time of approval.
